High-Strength Non-Shrink Grouting Material
High-strength non-shrink grouting material is formulated with high-strength materials as aggregates, cement as a binder, and supplemented with high fluidity, micro-expansion, anti-segregation, and other substances. It can be used on construction sites by adding a certain amount of water and mixing evenly.
Product Features:
1. Early Strength, High Strength
Compressive strength ≥20 MPa at 1 day; compressive strength ≥40 MPa at 3 days; compressive strength ≥60 MPa at 28 days.
2. Micro-Expansion
Ensures tight contact between equipment and foundation, with no shrinkage after secondary grouting.
3. High Self-Leveling
Can fill all voids, meeting the requirements for secondary grouting of equipment.
4. Anti-Segregation
Overcomes segregation phenomena caused by excessive water addition during on-site use.
5. Crack Resistance
Resists cracking due to uncertain water addition, environmental temperature, and curing conditions during on-site use.
6. Strong Durability
After millions of fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycles, the strength shows no significant change. Strength significantly increases after 30 days of immersion in engine oil.
7. Suitable for Winter Construction
Allows outdoor construction at temperatures as low as -10°C.
Product Applications:
1. Suitable for grouting equipment foundations such as machine bases and anchor bolts.
2. Reinforcement, emergency repair, and strengthening of building beams, slabs, columns, foundations, floors, and roads.
3. Can be used for anchoring anchor bolts and reinforcing bars, as well as structural strengthening.
4. Embedding construction joints in reverse construction methods for subways, tunnels, and underground projects.
5. Secondary grouting for fixed connections between steel structures (rails, frames, columns, etc.) and foundations.
Technical Parameters:
Product Selection
1. For grouting layer thickness δ ≥ 150mm, choose general-purpose or pea gravel type.
2. For grouting layer thickness 30mm < δ < 150mm, choose general-purpose or pea gravel type.
3. For grouting layer thickness δ ≤ 30mm, choose general-purpose or ultra-fine type.
4. For rapid road repair, choose ultra-early strength type.
Preparation Before Construction
1. Machine mixing: concrete mixer or mortar mixer.
2. Manual mixing: mixing trough and several shovels.
3. Several buckets.
4. Several platform scales.
5. Flow trough.
6. High-level funnel, grouting pipe, and pipe connectors.
7. Grouting booster.
8. Formwork (steel or wood formwork);
9. Straw mats, rock wool blankets, etc.
10. Cotton yarn, adhesive tape.
Grouting Construction
Step One: Foundation Treatment
The foundation surface should be roughened by chiseling. Clean the foundation surface to ensure it is free of debris such as gravel, floating slurry, dust, oil, and release agents. Moisten the foundation surface thoroughly 24 hours before grouting, and remove any accumulated water 1 hour before grouting.
Step Two: Formwork Setup
1. Set up formwork according to the grouting construction drawing. Seal joints between formwork and foundation, and between formwork pieces, with cement paste or adhesive tape to ensure the entire formwork is watertight.
2. The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled to about 100mm to facilitate grouting construction.
3. The top elevation of the formwork should be 50mm higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.
4. If grout leakage occurs during grouting, address it promptly.
Step Three: Grout Preparation
1. Generally, for general reinforcement type, add water at 13-14% of the mix ratio; for pea gravel reinforcement type, add water at 9-10% of the mix ratio.
2. Mechanical mixing is recommended, with a mixing time of 1-2 minutes (hand drill mixers are strictly prohibited). For manual mixing, first add 2/3 of the water and mix for 2 minutes, then add the remaining water and mix until uniform.
3. The amount mixed each time should be based on the usage to ensure the material is used within 40 minutes.
4. On-site, strictly prohibit adding admixtures or other materials to the grout.
Step Four: Grouting Construction Methods
1. For long equipment or track foundations, use segmented construction.
2. Diagrams of several common grouting methods
3. For secondary grouting, the following requirements should be met.
1) For secondary grouting, proceed from one side or adjacent multiple points until grout overflows from the opposite side to facilitate air expulsion during grouting. Do not grout from all four sides simultaneously.
2) Once grouting begins, it must be continuous without interruption, and the grouting time should be minimized as much as possible.
3) Do not vibrate during grouting. If necessary, use a grouting booster to push the grout along the bottom of the grouting layer. Do not push from the middle or upper parts of the grouting layer to ensure uniformity.
4) After grouting the equipment foundation, within 3-6 hours, cut a 45-degree bevel outward from the equipment edge (see diagram below) to prevent cracking at the free end. If beveling is not possible, use a trowel to finish the grouting layer surface within 3-6 hours after grouting.
5) When the grouting layer thickness exceeds 150mm, use pea gravel reinforcement type high-strength non-shrink grouting material.
6) For large-volume equipment foundation grouting, use mechanical mixing for pea gravel reinforcement type grout to ensure construction quality.
Step Five: Curing
1. Within 30 minutes after grouting, cover with wet straw mats or rock wool blankets and keep moist.
2. For winter construction, curing measures should also comply with the current <> (GB50204).
3. After the grout reaches the demolding time, equipment installation can proceed. Refer to the "Relationship Table Between Demolding and Curing Time and Ambient Temperature" for specific times.
4. If partial removal is needed after grouting the equipment foundation, it can be done within 3-6 hours after grouting, using a trowel or shovel to gently remove the material before it hardens.
5. Do not transmit vibrations from operating machinery to the equipment foundation. After secondary grouting, shut down the equipment for 24-36 hours to avoid damaging the unhardened grouting layer.
Packaging and Storage
1. Packaging specification: 25kg/bag. Store in a ventilated, dry place away from direct sunlight.
